The good with the bad: the good weather brought a bunch of people to the park we are camping in. One group had a party that went very late with one man yelling that it was too dark when he tried to find his tent. Also, he and his friends were a little inebriated! Another group brought dogs that barked through the night. Then, our resident crow said that it was time to get up at 7. Believe it or not, but we have slept till 8! A neighbor came to us to let us know that the strange bird sound I heard a couple of nights ago was a bald eagle nesting near us. Off to the Northern Cascades tomorrow! We are heading east.
